4. Request from Reverend Archie Buie, President, Sanford
Ministerial Association, to hold Easter Sunrise
Services in Centennial Park instead of Memorial Park as
previously requested (February 8, 1988 Regular Meeting-
City Manager Agenda Item #5). Letter attached.
5. Coopers & Lybrand (City Auditors) request to meet with
City Commission to present audit comments. Recommend
4:30 PM, Monday, March 14th before regular 7 PM
meeting.
6. Recommendation to replace computer hardware/software
systems with source of funding and financing plan.

7. Review of cemetery maintenance contract renewal. Copies

Consideration of Scope of Services and Work Program for
Impact Fees and Change Order to Ivey Bennett Contract.
The action of the Commission was to authorize the Mayor to
execute an extension of Ivey, Bennett, Harris & Walls
contract for planning services to accomplish Task One not-
to-exceed $1,500. and to authorize staff to proceed to
obtain a contract and bid application of use of $27,000
funds.

held on 4-11-88 to consider closing, vacating and abandoning
a portion of the Easterly 4 feet of that portion of Park
Avenue abutting the old Park & Shop building at 25th Street.
16. Consideration of amended Gymnastics Lease.

inter local agreement.
