The action of the Commission was to authorize a public hearing to be held on March 14, 1988 to vacate the 14 foot North/South utility easement and to authorize the execution of said lease subject to the addition of the use of the parking lot and the restrooms of the Sanford Gymnastics building be available to the public while utilizing the park facilities.
