The Commission authorized payment of statement from Burke and Bales for architectural services on the Cultural Arts Center rehabilitation in the amount of $8,289.00. 9. Request from Michael L. Tubbs to address the Commission. Mr. Tubbs did not appear to speak at the Commission meeting, and the Commission authorized staff to pursue further information and report back at a worksession. The Commission accepted with appreciation the donation for the General Henry Shelton Sanford Library Museum from the Board of Trustees in amount of $313.05. 11.
