from the Board of Trustees of the Henry Shelton Sanford
Memorial Library and Museum.
4. Consideration of nomination of a member of the City
Commission as Trustee on the Florida Municipal Liability
Self-Insurers Program Board. Memo attached from Director of
Administrative Services, with information.
5. Recommend the Mayor be authorized to execute the FY 87/88
Local Government Comprehensive Planning Assistance Program
Contract with Department of Community Affairs. Memo

6. Recommend approval of request from John and Anna Childers
for water service at 3809 Cypress Avenue. Copies attached:

7. Consideration of Tabulation of Bid #87/88-16, Aerial Tower
bucket truck. Recommend acceptance of lowest bid in net
amount of $27,286, which does meet specs. Copies attached:

Wimbish, and accepted the resignations of Sara L. Jacobson
and Dr. Lureen Sweeting. The Commission appointed Clinton
A. Rhodes, Martha M. Crosier, and Charles D. Hayes, Jr.
SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT FEE ADVISORY BOARD
The Commission appointed Herbert Cherry, W. E. (Pete)
Knowles, Bob McKee, Clyde Long, Storm Richards, Leon Brooks,
Vance Taylor, Robert M. Keith and Irving Kaufman.

CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD
The Commission accepted the resignation with regrets of Dot
Meadow and appointed Alfred DeLattibeaudiere.
The Commission authorized payment of statement from Burke
and Bales for architectural services on the Cultural Arts
Center rehabilitation in the amount of $8,289.00.
9. Request from Michael L. Tubbs to address the Commission.
Mr. Tubbs did not appear to speak at the Commission meeting,
and the Commission authorized staff to pursue further
information and report back at a worksession.
The Commission accepted with appreciation the donation for
the General Henry Shelton Sanford Library Museum from the
Board of Trustees in amount of $313.05.
11. Consideration of nomination of a member of the City
