A. Cemetery Advisory Committee. Marilyn Brisson has resigned effective
11/30/98. NEED TO ACCEPT RESIGNATION AND APPOINT
REPLACEMENT. Cemetery Advisory Committee recommends the appointment
of Eliza Pringle, who is willing to serve.
B. Central Examining Board. On January 10, 1999, the terms of Roosevelt Green,
Al Porzig, and Elmer Smith will expire; all three members wish to be reappointed.

C. Citizens Advisory Board. There are three vacancies: Paul Legge (Commissioner
Eckstein's appointee) resigned and Joan Campbell and Rev. Ricky Scott
(Commissioner Williams' appointees) were removed from the board for non-

D. Code Enforcement Board. There are two vacancies: one member and one

A. Authorize up to $5.000 eXJ)enditure from City Man~ger's Contingency fund
for information to public regarding Charter Referendum. Recommended by City

B. Approve Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County for $40,000 for
replacement boat docks at Marina. Recommended by City Manager.
C. Approve waiver of application fee for Conditional Use permit for Sanford South
Water Reclamation Facility at Orlando Sanford Airport. Recommended by City
Manager.
D. Approval of Vouchers for October and November, 1998. Recommended by City
Manager.
E. Approval of contract with Solin & Associates to revise the EAR and update
City's Comprehensive Plan. Recommended by City Manager.
F. Approval of rate increase for opening/closing of cemetery spaces. Recommended

G. Designation of an area for children spaces in the Municipal Cemetery and

I. Approval of street paving schedule for FY98/99 and piggy back on Seminole
County's contracts with Orlando Paving Inc. and Asphalt Recycling Inc. for street

K. Approval of contract with Medical Claims Processors Group for EMS billing

L. Approval of Invoice in amount of $37,500.00 for Sanford Gasification Plant
"trust account". Recommended by City Manager.
M. Approval of Agreement with Florida Recycling Services (FRS), Inc. to provide
commercial solid waste services, and approval of a lease to provide them a
commercial front load packer to assist in performing these services.

N. Authorize execution of funding Agreement with Sanford Main Street for a
$25,000.00 grant for performance of services. Recommended by City Manager.
O. Adoption of Resolution No. 1803 to ~stablish Money Purchase Plan with ICMA
