Specialist.
The Land Development Coordinator reports the existing
"Commercial Retail" use is a lawfully existing non-conforming
use at this RI-l zoned site, and any changes/expansion of use
or structure would require conditional use approval, with
approval from the City Commission to apply for said
conditional use.
Clerk's Note: There is also a beer and wine package sales use
at this location.

Clerk's Note: Alcoholic beverages sales for consumption on
the premises at a restaurant were previously approved at 2701-
2715 South Orlando Drive.
City Manager recommends approval of the billiard parlor at
2701 South Orlando Drive.

(Utility Department).
City Manager recommends rejection of all bids and
acceptance of Madsen/Barr's Proposal, based on bid
to St. Petersburg, in amount of $41,748.00 for
slip-lining, with City to pay $994.00 TV Inspection
cost if slip-lining can not be installed.

(2) Bid #95/96-16, Computer/Software for Networking
(Police Department).
City Manager recommends acceptance of the revised
bid, which meets specifications, in amount of
$18,270.00 from Data Entry.
Accepted as recommended.

(Lump sum.) The invoice from Ecotech Consultants in amount of
$1,453.20 has been paid per City Commission approval on
October 8, 1990, and November 25, 1991. Copy attached.

(Planning and Zoning Commission Recommendation) from meeting
