10. Consideration of request from Tim McLaughlin, to encroach five
(5) feet into utility easement, to install concrete slab at
180 Pinecrest Drive.
11. Consideration of Interlocal Agreement with Seminole Community
College regarding dedication of conservation easement for
wetlands mitigation and installation of water pipelines.
12. Consideration of land donation (Lot 3 of A.L. Sherman's Plat
