Discussed; City Manager to work out an agreement with Lake Mary to provide the requested reclaimed water at no charge if Lake Mary will guarantee to take a certain amount of reclaimed water daily, and to charge Lake Mary if it fails to take the amount as agreed. (Statute and Code Enforcement in Goldsboro.) Discussed Assistant City Attorney's and Staff's work to provide constructive responses, Assistant City Attorney's review and recommendations in letter dated September 23, 1994, and how a Code Enforcement Team (a Police representative, a Fire representative, and a Code Enforcement Inspector) will work and travel together in search of codes that need enforcement and bring same forward to either the Code Enforcement Board or write Citations. "B" Series Community Redevelopment Agency Bonds. City Manager reported Staff is proceeding with preparations to sell these bonds in the next two weeks. H. Antique fire truck. Fire Chief Tom Hickson reported a 1921 fire truck, originally built for the City of Sanford and purchased by the City on November 11, 1921, is available for sale in Tellahoma, Tennessee, for $8,500.00, and asked for funding assistance to purchase the truck and transport it to Sanford. ~-b1IV\. . . . Commission concurred that Staff contact service clubs, civic clubs, and historic societies for donations toward this purchase and related expenses, and advise the Commission of the donation status in October.
