Ad published March 18, 2007. [Commission Memo 07-083] Commissioner W oodruffmoved to approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 4045, with the following changes: all references to height will be in stories and not to exceed the appropriate number of feet; the setback requirement is changed to be 35' for the entire Riverfront District fronting Lake Monroe on at least 75% of the parcel line; adjacent single family use is changed back to adjacent single family zoning; and clarify that 90' is the total height of a structure on Marina Island except for the 10% addition for decorative features.
