7) PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A) First reading of Ordinance No. 4045, amending Schedule U, Overlay Districts, of the Land Development
Regulations. Ad published March 18, 2007. [Commission Memo 07-083]
Commissioner W oodruffmoved to approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 4045, with the following changes:
all references to height will be in stories and not to exceed the appropriate number of feet; the setback requirement is changed
to be 35' for the entire Riverfront District fronting Lake Monroe on at least 75% of the parcel line; adjacent single family use
is changed back to adjacent single family zoning; and clarify that 90' is the total height of a structure on Marina Island except
for the 10% addition for decorative features. Seconded by Commissioner Jones and carried by vote of the Commission as
follows:

all board members are to be a resident or own/operate a business within the City, and terms of members of the Sanford Museum
Board and Citizens Advisory Board are to be four years. Seconded by Commissioner Jones and carried by vote of the
