A) $100,765 budget amendment to include additional funds from Seminole County 2nd Generation One Cent Sales Tax
Funds for New Sidewalk Construction and increase Purchase Order 30401 to Core Construction Company for
sidewalks.
B) $20,000 amendment to increase the blanket Purchase Order to Bill Heard Chevrolet for vehicle parts to repair Police
Department fleet Chevrolet vehicles.

C) Add-on #1: 201S Cedar Avenue Code Enforcement Lien.
Commissioner Woodruff moved to accept $98,950 as full and final payment by compromising the accrued

within two weeks of the projected closing date of June 29th. Seconded by Commissioner Jones and carried by vote of the
Commission as follows:

Commissioner Woodruff reported that the City needs a written policy on accepting memorials and where they
can be placed. He asked for information regarding the hiring freeze, and City Manager Yehl reviewed the modified hiring freeze
he has instituted. He reported that another Y outhBuild grant, for between $700,000 and 1.1 million dollars, is being submitted.
