[Commission Memo 07-180] A) Agreement with Seminole County relating to rebanding of the 800 MHz Public Safety/Emergency Radio Communications system. B) $60,000 Increase to contract with Lewis Tree Service, Inc. for proactive tree trimming and removal. C) Railroad Reimbursement Agreement for crossing on 20'" Street east of Sanford Avenue, authorized by Resolution No. 2075 - deletion of paragraph C. 3., hold hannless language, from the agreement. D) Dispatching Services Agreement with Seminole County Sheriff's Office, FY 2007/08 Addendum in amount of $596,244. E) Water service to property at the comer of Riverview Avenue and Oak Drive. ".... ~ Brenda Hartsfield, 1609 W. 11th Street, reported that she has had an unresolved issue with the Police ... Department since May 27, 2007. City Manager Yehl said that he met with Ms. Hartsfield and referred this matter to Chief Tooley. He is ( planning to provide a report to Ms. Hartsfield in the next few days and will provide a copy to the City Commission. Beatrice Jones, 400 S. Locust Avenue, Apartment 85, asked who is going to fix the pot holes in the alley off of 6th Street near her residence. Mayor Kuhn asked the City Manager to handle this item. Virgil Hurley, 2418 W.
