GRANT OF EASEMENT

corporation, situate in Seminole County, Florida, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That part ¥ of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of One Dollar and other valuable consideration to her in hand paid by
party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, ha s granted
and conveyed, and by these presents does grant and convey to party of the
second part, its successors, assigns, and licensees, a construction easement for
a period of one year from the date of execution of this document and perpetual
easement under, upon, and across the property situate in Sanford, Seminole
County, Florida, each easement more particularly described as: Those parts of
Lot 1 , Block 8 , Tier A, PB 1, PG 56

described as follows:
Construction Easement: That ten (10) foot wide strip immediately
adjacent to the present dedicated public alleyway along the entire
property boundary common with the public alley.
Perpetual Easement: That parcel measuring f7 feet perpendicular
to the common boundary between the subject property and the public
alleyway and ten (10) along the common boundary line with the alley,
centered at the center of the Vacuum Sewer Valve, once installed.
for utihty purposes, including specifically sanitary sewers, and for the
installation, inspection, servicing, repair, maintenance, and replacement of alL~
utilities now existing or hereafter to exist on said property, such easemen~
including the right of free ingress and egress over and across said property fo~
any of the purposes aforesaid. ~
