You are hereby notified to commence WORK in accordance with the Agreement dated
November 7, 2012 This Notice authorizes the CONTRACTOR to commence construction on
the above date and, in accordance with the Agreement, all work shall be substantially complete
within 77 calendar days of the date of this Notice to Proceed. Therefore, the date of substantial
completion is March 18, 2013 The date of Final completion is April 17, 2013
