corporation (cITY), David A. sanders and ouida V.
Loch LoW Drive-, Sanford, Florida, (SELLERS) and Michael J-
Benton, 176 windtree Lane, Winter Garden, Florida, (BUYER).
WHEREAS, cITY owns a utility easement on the Southerly
Hidden Lake unit 1-C as
portion of Lots 2 and 3, Block G,
recorded in Plat Book 17, pages 55 and 56 of the public records
of Seminole county Florida, and
escribed above, has caused
WHEREAS, SELLER owns Lot 2 d .... ~ed within the

cITY'S easement, desires to sell Lot 2, and has located BUYER who
has agreed to purchase Lot 2 provided the city agrees to the
relocation of its utility lineS and abandonment of said utility
easement, and
WHEREAS, cITY agrees to the relocation of its utility
lines and abandonment of said utility easement, provided
relocation is done without expense to the cITY, that cITY receive
an acceptable alternate easement and that both BUYER and SELLERS
agree to indemnify and hold cITY harmless against all claimS,
damageS, losses,and expenseS associated with the relocation of
said utility lines,
Now therefore for the sum of $10.00 and other good and
valuable considerationS the parties agree as follows:
