THIS INDENTURE, made this 3\ day of ~c~, A.D.
19~, between Jeno F. & Lois M. Paulucci, of the County of
Seminole, and the State of Florida, parties of the first part,
and CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, situate in
Seminole County, Florida, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable
consideration to be in hand paid by party of the second part,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant and convey to party of
the second part, its successors, assigns, and licensees, a
perpetual easement under, upon, and across the property situate
in Sanford, Seminole County, Florida, more particularly describ~
as:
The Northerly 15 feet of the following described
parcel: SEC 35 TWP 19S RGE 30E BEG INT S LINE
COUNTRY CLUB RD + E LINE LAKE MARY RD RUN E 491.7
FT S PARA TO RY 774.85 FT W 440 FT N 771.86 FT TO
BEG (LESS S 450 FT OF W 230 FT)
for utility purposes, including specifically water mains, storm
and sanitary sewers, and reclaimed water mains, and for the
installation, inspection, servicing, repair, maintenance, and
replacement of all utilities now existing or hereafter to exist
on said property, such easement including the right of free
ingress and egress over and across said property for any of the
purposes aforesaid.
This Easement is subject to approval by the Lessor of a ~_
portion of the property.
This Easement is subject to all construction and water mains--
being underground and not visible from above ground.
This Easement is subject to relocation by the party of the
first part at any time at the expense of the party of the first
part·
This Easement is subject to restoration of the property by
the second party to the condition the property was in prior to
starting of construction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties of the first part have hereunto
