between CODISCO, INC., of the County of Seminole, and State
of Florida, party of the first part, and CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
a municipal corporation, situate in Seminole County, Florida,
party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That party of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable consideration
to it in hand paid by party of the second part, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has granted and conveyed, and by these
presents does grant and convey to party of the second part,
its successors, assigns, and licensees, a perpetual easement
under, upon, and across the property situate in Sanford, Seminole
County, Florida, more particularly described as:
An ingress and egress easement across the property described
as follows:
From a P.O.B. located at the NW corner of Lot 36,
M.M. Smith's Subdivision according to the plat thereof
as recorded in PB 1. Pg 86 of the public records of
Seminole Co., Florida run S 89-59-11 E, 630.22', thence
N 00-13-29 W, 645.29', thence N 89-48-57 E, 666.50',
thence S 00-12-00 E, 654.68', thence S 89-59-11 E,
1221.80' thence S 00-00-49 W, 518.39', thence S 89-45-02
W, 2509.83', thence N 00-14-58 W, 529.91', to the
P.O.B.
for access to and maintenance of City owned water lines and
storm and sanitary sewers, and for the installation, inspection,
servicing, repair, maintenance, and replacement of all City
owned utilities now existing or hereafter to exist on said property,
such easement including the right of free ingress and egress
over and across said property for any of the purposes aforesaid.
