ORDINANCE NO. 1430
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097
OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING A
ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE
ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING
BETWEEN FOURTH STP~ET AND FIFTH STREET
AND BETWEEN HOLLY AVENUE AND }1APLE
AVENUE TO RC-l (RESTRICTED COMMERICAL)
DISTRICT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972; said
ordinance being the comprehensive zoning ordinance of the City of
Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use
of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry,
residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as
follows:
Lots 1 through 10, Block 6, Tier 10
TOWN OF SANFORD, according to the Plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1,
page 62, of the Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby placed in RC-l
(Restricted Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
