AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION
OF THAT CERTAIN FOURTEEN FOOT UTILITY EASE-
11ENT LYING SEVEN FEET ON EACH SIDE OF A
CENTER LINE BETWEEN 20TH STREET AND AJ1ELIA
AVENUE AND BETWEEN FRENCH AVENUE AND AMELIA
AVENUE, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That certain street described as:
That portion of a certain fourteen foot utility
easement lying seven feet on each side of a
center line between 20th Street and Amelia
Avenue and between French Avenue and Amelia
Avenue, which is the North-South lot line
between Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, HIGHLAND PARK,
Plat Book 4, page 28, of the Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida;
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a utility
easement in the City of Sanford, Florida.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
