AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF
A EAST-WEST ALLEY LYING IN THE NORTHWEST PART
OF THAT CERTAIN BLOCK LYING BETWEEN FIRST
STREET AND COMMERCIAL STREET AND PARK AVENUE
AND OAK AVENUE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That certain East-West alley lying in the
Northwest part of that certain block lying between First Street
and Commercial Street and Park Avenue and Oak Avenue, and further
described as follows:
That portion of an East-West alley lying
between the East lot line of Lot 3 extended
Southerly, and the West lot line of Lot 4
extended Southerly, Block 2, Tier 4, E. R.
TRAFFORD'S MAP OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, Plat Book
1, pages 56 through 64, Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby, closed, vacated and abandoned as a
public alley in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City hereby
disclaims for itself and the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
