The parties to the contract/agreement identified above agree to the following
changes to said contract.
1. Contract date is hereby amended to extend above identified contract for one
additional term to include the period of October 1, 2007 to September 30, 2008. All
other terms and conditions remain the same. Renewal terms provided by section
6.3 of original agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, THE PARTIES HERETO HAVE MADE AND EXECUTED THIS
CONTRACT AMENDMENT ON THE RESPECTIVE DATES UNDER EACH SIGNATURE.
