THIS INDENTURE, made this Ninth

parties of the first part, and Southern Bell Telephone Company,
of Orange County, Florida, parties of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable con-
sideration to have in hand paid by party of the second part,
receipt whereoY is hereby acknowledged, have granted and con-
