EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other
good and valuable consideration, as well as approval of development plans for
the Plat of Groveview Village, the under-signed by these presents give, grant,
bargain and sell unto CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, a
perpetual easement twenty feet in width as described on Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and incorporated herein, for the purposes of maintenance of a surface
water drainage facility from said Plat of Groveview Village to the waters of
Loch Lowe.
This easement will become effective when the retention pond facilities
as shown on said Exhibit "A" are completed by Centex Homes of Florida, Inc.
and the certificate of such completion noted hereon by the City Engineer.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this easement has been executed this 22nd /
day of May, 1984.
