THIS INDENTURE, made this 29th day of July, 1982, between GEORGIA
ARMS, LIMITED, a limited partnership, THE LAW COMPANY, INC., a corporation,
its general partner, of the County of Sedgwick and State of Kansas,
party of the first part, and CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, of the County of Seminole and State of Florida, party of
the second part,
WITNESSETH :
That said party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar and other valuable consideration to it in hand paid by party
of the second part, receipt of which is herewith acknowledged, has granted
and conveyed unto party of the second part, its successors, assigns and f~
licensees, the following perpetual easements under, upon and across the :~'
property in Sanford, Seminole County, Florida, more particularly describ~
as:
1. Easement for storm sewer: ~
A 15 foot wide Easement for Storm Sewer lying 7.5 feet each
side of the following described Centerline; From the Northeast
Corner of the NE 1/4 of Section 2, Township 20 South, Range
30 East, Seminole County, Florida, run South along the East
Line of said NE 1/4 a distance of 1633.77 feet, thence run
West 27 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING, thence run N.88°50'22,, W.,
353.64 feet, thence run S.89°14'15', W., 398.26 feet to the
East Right-of-Way Line of Ridgewood Ave. and End of Easement.
Less that part lying within the South 117.23 feet of the North
1629.54 feet of the East 125 feet of said NE 1/4.
2. Easements for water lines:
The South 15 feet of the North 1472.60 feet of the East 778.80 feet
of the NE 1/4 of Section 2, Township 20 South, Range 30 East;
and also the South 15 feet of the North 1802 feet of the East
778.80 feet of said NE 1/4.
for utility purposes, including specifically storm and sanitary sewers,
and for the installation, inspection, servicing, repair, maintenance,
and replacement of all utilities now existing or hereafter to exist on
said property, such easements including the right of free ingress and
egress over and across said property for any of the purposes aforesaid.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, party of the first part has hereunto set its
hand and seal the day and year first above written.

general partner of GEORGIA ARMS, LIMITED, a limited partnership, to me
known to be the person described in and who executed the foregoing
instrument and acknowledged the execution thereof to be his free act and
deed as such officer, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned; and
that he affixed thereto the official seal of said corporation, and the
said instrument is the act and deed of said corporation.
