in Sanford, Seminole County, Florida, more particularly described
as: Begin at the Northeast corner of Lot 99, Pinehurst
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3,
page 71 in the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida;
thence run Southerly along the Easterly lot line of said
Lot 99, also being the Westerly R/W Line at a 14 foot
Alley, to the P.C. of a curve for a Point of Beginning;
said curve concaved Southeasterly and having a radius of
15 feet; thence run Southwesterly and Westerly along said
curve to the P.T. of said curve; thence run Northeasterly
along the chord of said curve to the Point of Beginning.
for public alley and utility purposes, including specifically
storm and sanitary sewers, and for the installation, inspection,
servicing, repair, maintenance, and replacement of all utilities
now existing or hereafter to exist on said property, such ease-
ment including the right of free ingress and egress over and
across said property for any of the purposes aforesaid, together
with the right to open an alley for use of party of the second
part and the general public.
