WHEREAS, BML INVESTMENTS, PRN INVESTMENTS, JEROME D. FEINSTEIN and
JOAN FEINSTEIN, his wife, (hereinafter collectively referred to as
"GRANTOR") is the owner of that real real property described on the
attached Schedule "A", which is incorporated herein by this reference
thereto (hereinafter "PROPERTY"); and
WHEREAS, GRANTOR is desirous of dedicating PROPERTY to the perpetual
use of the public for the purposes of streets, road rights-of-way, utili-
ties, and drainage.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt
and sufficiency of which is acknowledged by GRANTOR, GRANTOR hereby
dedicates PROPERTY to the perpetual use of the public for streets, road
rights-of-way, utilities, and drainage.
