WITNESSETH, That part iep of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar and ether valuable con-
teration to them in hand paid by party of the second
part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted
and conveyed~ and by these presents do grant and convey to
party of the second part, its successors, assigns, and licensees,
a perpetual easement under, upon, and across the property situate
in Sanford, Seminole County, Florida, more particularly described
as:
~A 20-foot Utility Easement lyin9 in Lots 12 and 13, Block Y, Town of
Sanford, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1,
page 113 as recorded in the Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida; more particularly described as follows: Being 6.57 feet
North of the Northeast corner 6f the South 1/2 of said Lot 13 for a
P.O.B.; said point also being on the Centerline of a 20-foot Utility
Easement, 10 feet either side of said Centerline; thence run
N.87o49'30"W. along said Centerline 136.88 feet; thence run
S.64°19'22"W. along said Centerline 80 feet to an intersection with
the Centerline of the existing sanitary sewer mian; thence run
Westerly along said Centerline of the existing sanitary sewer main
to an intersection with the Westerly Lot line of said Lot 12; said
intersection point being the end of the 20-foot Utility Easement.
for utility purposes~ including specifically storm and sanitary
sewers, and for the installation, inspection, servicing, repair,
maintenance, and replacement of all utilities now existing or
hereafter to exist on said property, such easement including the
right of free ingress and egress over and across said property
for any of the purposes aforesaid.
