County, Florida; more particularly described as follows: Begin at
Northeast corner of sai~ South 1/2 of Lot 14 for a P.O.B., said
point also being on the Westerly R/W of Poplar Avenue; thence run
Southerly along said Westerly R/W of Poplar Avenue, 22.9 feet to
an intersection with the Centerline of a 20-foot Utility Easement,
10 feet on either side of said Centerline; thence run N.76°24'53''W-
along said Centerline 97.49 feet to a point of intersection with the
North line of said South 1/2 of Lot 14; said intersection point also
being the end of said 20-foot Utility Easement.
for utility purposes~ including specifically storm and sanitary
sewers, and for the installation, inspection, servicing, repair,
maintenance, and replacement of all utilities now existing or
hereafter to exist on said property, such easement including the
right of free ingress and egress over and across said property
for any of the purposes aforesaid.
