Please be advised that two (2) or more members of the City Commission of the City of
Sanford may be attending this meeting and that subjects and matters involving the
City of Sanford may be discussed.
The City of Sanford Noise Ordinance Task Force met in the Railroad Depot Room,
Second Floor, City Hall, 300 North Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida, at 3:00 PM on Friday, May
16,2008.

Mr. Radzak called the meeting to order at 3 :03 PM.
1) Approval of 5.9.08 meeting minutes.
Mr. Hollerbach made a motion to approve the May 9, 2008 minutes as presented, seconded
by Mr. Washburn. The motion passed unanimously.
2) Review Des Moines Ordinance discussion.
An extensive review of the Des Moines, Iowa ordinance was completed. Mr. Radzak will
provide the summary of recommendations to the City Attorney's office for drafting of the
noise ordinance.
3) Summary of Recommendations discussion.
The task force agreed to continue it as a work in progress.
4) Agenda items - additional items and/or questions.
Mr. Troutman recommended receiving a draft of the ordinance and setting a final meeting
date. The task force agreed. A future meeting date will be set.

6) End the meeting.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 4:20 PM.
