the Southeast Corner of said North 1/2 of Lot 14 for a p.O.B.; said
point also being on the Westerly R/W of Poplar Avenue; thence run

feet to an intersection with a Centerlmn of a 20-foot utility
Easement, 10 feet either side of said Centerline; ,thence run
