KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Residential Communities of America, Inc., the owner
and holder of the property hereinafter described, in connection
with and in aid of development of residential properties located
in Block J, HIDDEN LAKE UNIT l-C, according to plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 17, pages 55 and 56, Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida, do by these presents dedicate the land
hereinafter described, for the use as a public utilities easement
for the benefit of the residents of the above-described subdivision,
the following described property lying and being in Seminole County,
Florida, to-wit: An easement for utility purposes over a strip of
land ten feet wide, the center line of which is described as follows:
From the Northwest corner of Lot 3, Block J, HIDDEN LAKE UNIT l-C,
as recorded in Plat Book 17, pages 55 and 56, of the Public Records
of Seminole County, Florida, said corner being on a curve concave
northerly and having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence from a tangent
bearing of south 76°39'19'' east, run easterly along the arc of said
curve 10.934 feet through a central angle of 12°31'47'' to the point
of beginning; thence run south 19~15'04" west 105.41 feet to the
point of termination on the southwest corner of said Lot 3.
To have and to hold said area for easement purposes as
above-described.

has caused these presents to be executed by its appropriate officer
