JOINDER IN GRANT OF EASEMENT
FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUBORDINATION
OF SECURED INDEBTEDNESS
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
and other good and valuable considerations, the undersigned, the
holder of a secured indebtedness encumbering the property set forth
in this Grant of Easement, does hereby join in said Grant of Easement
for the purpose of subordinating the interes~ held by the undersigned,
as more specifically set forth and required under the terms of that
