scribed as follows: Begin at the Southeast corner of Lot 77 of
Rose Court, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 3, page 4 of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida;
thence run East 104.72 feet; thence run S.25°W. parallel with the
East line of said Rose Court, 145.28 feet; thence run N.68°03'W.
95.05 feet to the said East line of Rose Court; thence run N.25°E.
106.1 feet to the P.O.B.; said parcel being a part of said Lot A.
for utility purposes, including specifically storm and sanitary
sewers, and for the installation, inspection, servicing, repair,
maintenance, and replacement of all utilities now existing or
hereafter to exist on said property, such easement including ~he
right of free ingress and egress over and across said property
for any of the purposes aforesaid.
