LOCAL OPTION P.E.R.C.
JANUARY 30, 1990, 10:00 A.M.
UTILITY CONFERENCE ROOM, 2ND FLOOR CITY HALL

Althea Parrish, P.E.R.C. Clerk
The meeting was called to order at 10:15 by Mr. Brown.
The P.E.R.C. Board met to introduce the new members to the board.
Mr. Faison introduced Mr. Chang to the group, and went on to
explain about Sanford's Local Option Public Employees Relations
Commission Board. There are only eight (8) Mini P.E.R.C.'s left
in the state of Florida. If we were to loose Sanford's P.E.R.C.,
it would then go directly to Tallahassee.
Tim McCauley spoke briefly of the ordinances associated with
P.E.R.C.
Mr. Brown spoke to the group about labor relations work and state
charters. The Rules & Regulations had been amended to comply
with the State, and will be adopted at the next meeting.
The next meeting will be March 20, 1990, 6:30 p.m.
