SIB mins 1991 Spec Mtg SCENIC IMPROVEMENT BOARD
MINUTES
The Scenic Improvement Board met in a special meeting June 19,
1991, 4:00 p.m., City Commission Conference Room.
Members present: Juanny Mercer, Louis Savard, Lois Dycus, Connie
Williams, Anne Hayes, Lee Atkins.
Members absent: Eliza Pringle.
I. Chairperson. Recommendation received from Anne Hayes for
Juanny Mercer to hold the chair for her remaining term. This was
seconded by Lee Atkins. Discussion was held, Juanny accepted
this position. All members voted aye.
II. Vacancies. Received applications from Martha Yancey, David
Bach, Bill Wilkens, Jerry Clarke. Recommended first motion for
recommendations from Lois Dycus, seconded from Louis Savard from
the board to the City Commission: Bill Wilkens, David Bach.
With approval of an advisory board to use Ray Sage, Martha
Yancey, Jerry Clark.
Meeting adjourned 4 :35 p.m.
