EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that A. K. SHOEMAKER,
JR. and SOPHIA M. SHOEMAKER, his wife, and JENO F. PAULUCCI
and LOIS PAULUCCI, his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration do grant, bargain
and sell unto THE CITY OF SANFORD, a municipal corporation, its
successors and assigns, a perpetual easement for water and sewer
utilities in, on, or upon the following described real property lying and
being in Seminole County, Florida, to-wit:
The Southerly 10 feet of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
Section 15, Township 20 South, Range 30 East, and
10 feet lying Northeasterly from and parallel to a
line described as follows: From the SE Corner of
the East 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 15, Township
20 South, Range 30 East, thence North 40° 14' 30"
East 1332.3 feet.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
