EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this 28th day of September, A.D.
1964, by and between R. B. RISER and KATE M. RISER, his wife, parties
of the first part, hereinafter called Grantors, and CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, party of the second part, hereinafter
called Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of One
Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) in hand paid by Grantee, the receipt of
which is acknowledged, do by these presents give, grant, bargain and
sell unto Grantee a perpetual easement for the purpose of construction,
location and maintenance of utilities, described as follows, to-wit:
The West 10 feet and the North l0 feet of the West
90 feet of the following: Begin 6-1/2 chains East
of the Southwest corner of Section 35, Township 19
South, Range 30 East, run thence North 12-1/2
chains, thence West 8 chains, thence South 12-1/2
chains, thence East 8 chains to beginning (less the
North 15 feet previously reserved for road).
The grant of this easement is perpetual and the Grantee herein
has the full and free right to locate and re-locate utilities of each and
every nature, together with the full right of ingress and egress for
maintenance of the same.
In addition to the foregoing grant of 10 feet, there is granted
the additional easement for and during a period of twelve (12) months
from date hereof for the use of an additional 15 feet lying immediately
adjacent to the above described 10 foot easement, and during such period
of time Grantee herein has the right to use the same for the purpose of

construction and location of a water line, including but not limited to
excavation, piling dirt, and ingress and egress, provided, however, that
Grantee herein covenants to fill all excavations and to leave the property
in an essentially level condition. At the expiration of twelve months from
date hereof, the last mentioned additional 15 feet shall be unencumbered
by the effect of this grant.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors herein have hereunto set
their hands and seals on the day and year first above written.
