015-Willie & Marna HuntEASEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this v.~ day of
May, A.D. 1964, by and between WILLIE F. HUNT and MARNA L. HUNT,
his wife, as parties of the first part, and CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
a municipal corporation, as party of the second part,
WITNESSETH:
For and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars
($10.00), together with other good and valuable consideration, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged by parties of the first part, do hereby give,
grant, bargain and sell unto party of the second part, a perpetual easement
for a sidewalk over and upon the following described property lying and
being in Seminole County, Florida, to-wit:
The West 8 feet of Lot F of LAKEVIEW PARK,
according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
3, page 41, Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida,
to have and to hold the same unto party of the second part, its successors
and assigns forever, provided, however, that in the event the said City of
Sanford should abandon the sidewalk contemplated by the aforesaid grant,
then the said easement ceases and this easement becomes null and void.
In the event the grantor herein sells the property of which the above-described
is a part, upon written notice to the City the City agrees to abandon said ease-
ment.

the foregoing instrument, and they acknowledged before me that they executed
the same freely and voluntarily for the purposes therein expressed.
