A) Request from Sanford Airport Authority re: Property Title Issues associated with the State Road 46
improvement project.
Commissioner Williams moved to authorize the Sanford Airport Authority to file a complaint to quiet title
relative to the first gap of thirty feet and authorize the Mayor to execute a letter of request to the Federal Government
(jointly with Mr. Dale) for a corrective deed to be issued to the City relative to the second gap parcel of fifteen feet, or, if
necessary, that a quiet title action be filed under the same circumstances as stated for the first gap parcel; costs incurred
will be paid by the Sanford Airport Authority, with the City Attorney joining in the complaint(s) filed in the quiet action(s)
and being served with all pleadings and orders as co-counsel. Seconded by Commissioner Woodruff and carried by vote of
