Henry Sweet asked about the status of his request made at the meeting of January 12, 2009, that the ] Commission consider purchasing homes in the area of 11 th Street and Cedar Avenue due to stormwater/flooding problems. City Manager Yehl said that he was not given direction that the Commission wanted to purchase those properties or what the public purpose would be in purchasing them.
