be replaced by the owner within one year of permit issuance, provided that a permit is issued on or before February 1,2010.

Henry Sweet asked about the status of his request made at the meeting of January 12, 2009, that the

Commission consider purchasing homes in the area of 11 th Street and Cedar Avenue due to stormwater/flooding problems.
City Manager Yehl said that he was not given direction that the Commission wanted to purchase those
properties or what the public purpose would be in purchasing them. Mr. Yehl said that he will provide a report to the
Commission at an upcoming work session.
