Review the March 8,2005, Regular Election returns as submitted by the Canvassing Board in (Canvassing Board)
Resolution No. 05-01; and adopt Resolution No. 1994 to accept and certify the results of the March 8, 2005,
Regular Election, declare the winner(s)/candidates to be in a Run-Off Election on March 29,2005, and provide for
the City of Sanford Canvassing Board to canvass the returns of the Run.Off Election and report them to the City
Commission.
2. Authorize payment to the poll workers of the March 8th Election. ($175.00 to Clerks, $140.00 to Inspectors and
Election Assistants, $110.00 to Deputies, and $25.00 to Alternates.)
3. Other business.

The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Meeting on Wednesday, March 9,2005, at 4:0
P.M., in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, 300 North Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida.

Mayor Lessard called the meeting to order at 4:00 P.M.

Commissioner Woodruff moved to adopt Resolution No. 1994. Seconded by Commissioner Hipes and carried by vot
of the Commission as follows:
