signed MARy LORETTA JACOBS and ELSIE A. PFUND, both of
Jamica, ~ueens County, New York, as Administrators of the
Estate of MARGJ~qET RICHTER, also known as MARGARETTA RICHTER
and MARGARETHA RICIiTER, Deceased, the owners and holders of
that certain indenture of mortgage dated May 22nd, 1929,
and of record in the Public Records of Sen~inole County,
Florida, in Mortgage Book 37, page 55, from A. D. ROSIER
and VIDA ROSIER, his wife, to the said MARG~d~ET RICHTER and
encu~lbering that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situ-
ate in Seminole County, Florida, to-wit:
BEGINNIk~ at a point 130 feet East
of the Northwest corner of Block 3,
Tier 12 of the City of Sanford, accord-
ing to E. R. Trafford's Map of Sanford,
duly recorded upon the Public Records
of Seminole County, Florida, run thence
East °~8 feet, thence South 100 feet, thence
West 28 feet, thence North 100 feet, to
point of BEGINNING.
do hereby, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
and other valuable considerations, to us in hand paid by
A. D. ROSIER of Seminole County, Florida, consent and agree
to the granting by the said A. D. ROSIER and VIDA ROSIER,
his ~rlfe, to the CITY OF SA~0RD, FLORIDA, its successors
and assigns, of a perpetual right-of-way and easement for
sewer purposes, three feet in width on each side of the
following described line, to-wit:
BEGIN 148.7 feet East of the Northwest
corner of Block 3, Tier 12 of E. R.
Trafford's map of Sanford, Florida, and
run Southerly 253.2 feet to the North
line of Second Street at a point 146.9
feet East of the Southwest corner of
said Block 3, Tier 12, of said map of
Sanford, Florida.
together with the right of ingress and egress over and
across the contiguous property described in the above men-
tioned mortgage for the purpose of repairing or replacing
the sewer now located under the ground along the above des-
cribed line and the aforesaid indenture of mortgage from
the said A. D. ROSIER and VIDA ROSIER, his wife, to the
said MARGARET RICHTER is hereby made subject and subordinate
to said easement to be granted to said CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, by the said A. D. ROSIER and wife.
We, the undersigned, together with tTENRY RICHTER
of Seminole County, Florida, also execute this instrument
individually as the sole and only heirs at law of the said
MARGARET RICHTER, also known as MARG~LRETTA RICHTER and
M~RG~RETHA RICHTER, Deceased, for the purpose of giving
our individual consent to the granting of said right-of-way
and easement by the said A. D. ROSIER and wife to the CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
