Cultural Arts Center from 3 :00 PM to 8 :00 PM on Sunday, August 21, 2005 with closure of 4th Street from
Oak Avenue to Park Avenue.
B) Sanford Classic Foot Race Special Event along city streets from 6:00 AM to Noon on Saturday,
September 3,2005, with closure of Seminole Boulevard from Sanford Avenue to Mellonville Avenue.
C) Walk for Polycystic Kidney Disease Special Event along Seminole Boulevard and the Sanford RiverWalk

Commissioner Woodruff moved to have Staff explore design/build options, operational options, space need
options, financing options including other sources of funding, current revenue stream and assets and impact fees, and the
inclusion of a communications center in the public safety building, and that a progress report on the study be given the first
meeting of each month with the intent that the City Commission make a decision on a referendum resolution by the second
meeting in October. Seconded by Commissioner Hipes and carried by vote of the Commission as follows:
