The City of Sanford Canvassing Board for the November 8, 2005 Special City Election met on Monday,
September 26,2005, at 3:30 P.M., in the City Commission Chambers, 1st Floor, City Hall, 300 North Park Avenue, Sanford,
Florida.
Present:
Mayor Linda Kuhn
Commissioner Art Woodruff
Mayor Kuhn convened the meeting at 3:33 P. M.
1. Appoint the third member of the Canvassing Board.
Mayor Kuhn and Commissioner Woodruff appointed Ms. Thelma Mike as the third member of the Canvassing
Board.
2. Discuss schedule of additional meetings.

Canvass Absentee Ballots and Election Results (November 8,2005, at 5:300 P.M.)
Canvass Provisional Ballots (November 9, 2005, at 10:00 AM.)
Mayor Kuhn and Commissioner Woodruff discussed the meeting schedule, and requested that the November
9,2005, 10:00 AM. meeting be changed to 11 :00 AM.
3. Other business.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 4:43 P.M.
