After further discussion, Commissioner Jones moved to transmit Ordinance No. 3927 to the DCA with site 21 at the low density residential zoning (six units per acre), with the understanding that should the DCA choose to pull it out by Commissioner Woodruff moved to adopt Ordinance No. 3927 and to transmit it to the Department of Community ...., j itself that there won't be any dispute or challenge to that on the applicant's part. Commissioner Woodruff distnbuted a copy of the Assessment of Long- Term Sustainability in Seminole County which he received at last week's CALNO meeting. He suggested that the City have a master plan that addresses the "future" future land use designation for property that could be annexed into the City. Last Thursday he attended a presentation given by J the DCA regarding the new growth management law and how it is going to impact the City. As the City's representative on the School Advisory Committee, he has advocated a review of school impact fees and asked for concurrence of the Commission that it is something that the City should be doing. Commissioner Jones said that he had discussion with Mr. Gibson regarding the JP A with Seminole County and some of the densities in the Celery Avenue area, and suggested that the same density levels be applied to the area of Lake Mary Boulevard and Pine Way. He asked that the Commission agree that it would like to see 3-4 units per acre in that area, that way Staffhas clear direction on moving forward with that in preparation for the next comprehensive plan amendment in 2006. 15) END THE MEETING.
