9 of E. R. Trafford's Map of the City of Sanford, Florida, be
closed
and the same is hereby vacated/and abandoned as a pUblic alley
of the City ,of Sanford, Florida.
Section 2: That the City of Sanford, Ylorida, hereby

disclaims any further responsibility for the main~enance of the

sewer under the alley vacated/and abandoned by Section 1 hereof.
Section 3: T.hat all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
