A) Approve use of State Law Enforcement Trust Funds in the amount of $2,100 to enable 14 Sanford
Police Department Explorers to attend the Central Florida Law Enforcement Explorer Academy.
B) Approve the First Amendment to the Agreement between the St. Johns River Water Management
District and City of Sanford for Aquifer Storage and Recovery Construction and Testing.
C) Approve interlocal agreement with Seminole County to provide incentives to The Father's Table,
LLC under the Jobs Growth Incentive Program; City cost is $30,000.
D) Approve request for water service for property located at 3590 Beardall Avenue.
E) Approve budget amendment in the amount of $2,200,281 for the WaterlW astewater and Water
Impact Fee funds.
F) Approve agreement with Workforce Central Florida.
G)
Approve Cloud Branch Phase II drainage project relocation agreement with FPL, easement to FPL and
expenditure in the amount of $39,250 for power pole relocation.
H)
Award bid for roof replacement at Sanford Chamber of Commerce in the amount of $25,420 to
Delphini Construction Company, Inc.
