POST CLOSING THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this dy of July, 2009, nunc pro tunc to June 29, 2009, by and between, City of Sanford, a municipal corporation, whose address is, 300 North Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida 32771, party of the first part, and Gilbert Harris and Princella Harris, collectively party of the second part, whose address is, 2430 South Oak Avenue, Sanford, Florida 32771, and whose address of property for limited extended occupancy is the same (subject property), which is situated in the County of Seminole, the State of Florida. WITNESSETH, the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, grants and conveys to the party of the second part a license to remain on the above addressed subject property until August 17, 2009, subject to the party of the second part paying all maintenance costs, the charges for utilities, water costs, sewer costs, cable costs, solid waste expenses, telephone costs and maintenance of insurance on the subject property. The party of the second part hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the City of Sanford /party of the first part, and its officials, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liability of any and whatsoever nature arising in any and whatsoever way from the continued use of the subject property.
