GRANT OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
This Grant of a Temporary Construction Easement, made this ~ ~'~ day of
1996, between ZYLPHIA P. WALK,.R, a/k/a ZELPHIA P. WALKER, an
unremarried widow, of the County of Alachua, State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as Grantor,
and CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, situate in Seminole County,
Florida, hereinafter referred to as Grantee.
WITNESSETH, that Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00)
and other valuable consideration to be in hand paid by Grantee, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, grants a temporary construction easement to Grantee, it agents, successors,
assigns, and employees, with necessary equipment, to enter upon and have access to the property
situate in Seminole County, Florida, more particularly described as a temporary construction
easement in Section 35, Township 19 South, Range 30 East over the following described property:
The East 9 feet of Lot 11, Boykin Place, Plat Book 7, Page 20, of
the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida;
for the express purpose of construction work of public utilities.
This grant of temporary easement shall terminate 30 days after filing of the Notice of
Completion of Construction or Two (2) years from the effective date, whichever occurs first.
Upon termination, Grantee will return property to Grantor as nearly as practicable to its
original condition, taking into consideration the nature of the work being performed.
