Emailing of Notices Addendum

1. AXIS will be responsible for initial development and implementation to
either print and mail or email the City of Sanford utility notices. There will
be a one time charge of $3,000.00 to develop and brand the website,
and to create the email address collection and email push system for the
City of Sanford Utilities.
2. AXIS will charge the following rates for printing and mailing or emailing
the notices based on the size of the Customer's cycle size:
1 -3,000 Utility Notices=
$.19637 /notice
3,001 -9,000 Utility Notices=
$.15580 /notice
9,001 - 11,000 Utility Notices=
$.10653 /notice
11,001- 15,000 Utility Notices=
$.10485 /notice
3. Any additional programming will be charged at $75.00 per hour.
