Building. Purchases may include items such as sitework structures and piping, base material, asphalt, reinforcing steel, concrete, masonry materials,
structural steel, miscellaneous steel, roofing materials, doors, frames and hardware, storefront materials, drywall materials, floor coverings, ceramic
tile materials, pre-engineered steel, elevator equipment, fire sprinkler piping, HVAC material and equipment, electrical switchgear and fixtures. This
change is an estimate only and it is agreed to by both parties that should the ODP purchases not exceed this estimate that a change order will be
issued to reconcile the contract amount.
