SALES AGREEMENT
BE IT KNOWN, That for good and valuable consideration, and in payment of the
sum of One Dollar, ($1.00) USD (the "purchase price "), the receipt and sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged by the City of Sanford hereinafter called (the
"seller ") hereby grants, sells, and transfers to William A. Wixson
Hereinafter called (the "buyer ") the following Dog.
(The "Dog "):

M/C 4A10600738
The buyer has been advised that the dog is a retired ( "Police Dog ") and as such may
bite or cause other damage to person(s) or property, and agrees that seller will not
be held responsible for this dog or any damage it may cause.
The buyer accepts full responsibility for any damage dog may cause to person(s) or
property while dog is owned by buyer, and will subsequently be assigned the sole
responsibility of the dogs care, health, well being, and veterinary expenses.
The dog is sold as is, and the seller provides no warranty, expressed or implied.
Further, the buyer agrees to accept all terms and or conditions as stated, during the
interim transaction period beginning Sept. 17 2009 to facilitate the best interest of
all parties.
I have read the terms, and or conditions of this transaction, and I am in full
agreement with them.
